(Political) History
I have studied besides German as a Foreign Language Modern History and Political Sciences.
To understand a society, one has to know its history. Of course, history of everyday life and culture seems to be most important, however, political history is crucial too. Therefore, I'm engaged in the study of the German-speaking countries history. And I have to admit that there is a personal interest, too.
Although I haven't published anything in this field yet, I could use this knowledge in my classes and make students aware of anniversaries and deepen their understanding of the German-speaking countries.Last update: 17/07/2010, 20:39:10 (CET)
