Offline time
Nowadays, we are used to get instant replies for our emails. This is expected by many people. However, there is a downside to this problem, as email distract us and interrupt our train of thoughts. Therefore, experts advice to introduce so-called "offline times", in which we don't check emails and focus on the work to be done.
That's why I stopped checking my emails constantly. I check them six times a workday (normally, every 90 minutes). So, I cannot promise prompt replies. In urgent cases, please call my office phone at: +65 6516 4047.
