About this blog

I started blogging on www.doep.de in September 2006.This blog is in German. I’m still blogging there, usually about private matters and fun stuff. So why this blog? This blog shall have the following functions:

• I want to use this blog to keep in touch with students.
• I want to use this blog to share my thoughts on language teaching and learning, referring to latest scientific results and personal encounters.
• I want to blog about conferences I attend, articles I read and movies I watch.
